Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Company Identification Woofy Groom is a brand and property of Nuno Miguel Tavares Aguiar, headquartered in Matosinhos, under NIF 224042564.

2. Products and Services Woofy Groom sells pet grooming products, including shampoos, leave-in conditioners, paw foams and balms. The products are developed with natural ingredients and are not tested on animals.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices include VAT in accordance with current legislation in Portugal.

  • Payments can be made via credit cards, PayPal and other methods indicated on the website.

  • Woofy Groom reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.

4. Deliveries

  • Deliveries are made in mainland Portugal and autonomous regions.

  • The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping costs will be indicated during the checkout process.

  • Woofy Groom is not responsible for any delays by the transport company.

5. Warranties

  • We guarantee that the products comply with the legislation in force in the European Union.

  • Products with manufacturing defects can be returned within 14 days, in accordance with the Return Policies.

6. Right of Free Termination The consumer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days without needing to state a reason, as set out in Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.

7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for collateral, indirect or other consequential damages arising from the use of the products, except where such liability is required by law.

Return policy

1. General Conditions

  • Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the right of free resolution.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use and accompanied by the invoice.

2. Return Procedure

  • Contact us via email woofygroom@gmail.com indicating the order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defect or shipping error.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of returned products.
